Every contractor must provide a current certificate of general liability insurance. We confirm coverage is active before any contractor is approved.

We verify government-issued ID and business registration documents, cross-referenced against public records. Every contractor is who they say they are.
Annual re-verification
Credentials don't expire once approved — we re-verify every contractor each year. Any lapse in licensing or insurance triggers an immediate account review.

What goes beyond our role
